Over the years I have spent my time wandering the streets of Los Angeles, slowly collecting photographs of people.
With the decision to make a book, I looked at the possibilities, and was not happy with what was available, so I decided to make my own.
After countless prototypes, using everything from string, wood, glue, steel and aluminum, I finally created something that fit the picture in my head.
It begins with wood for the hard cover:
and then cutting out the canvas for the cover:
